I am speaking now because you need to Hear and Understand this. All that you know is Real will soon be changed. The things that you no longer need to elevate your consciousness will be leaving you, to make room for your elevated Understanding of what you call Life. Life is Eternal and for some this is understood, but now you are going to Live this Eternal Life whilst in the Physical as well as in the other realms that your BEING resides in. Understand that Reality is UNITY and LOVE is UNITY that each Lifetime you live is but a spark in a fire of Immense Glory. Be watchful of these changes and Glorify the HOST OF HOSTS and Indeed your own TRUE SELVES.

We talk as one through you, I will talk to you tonight about UNITY and how you can more easily connect through LOVE. You understand carrier waves so think of it like this. Love is the Carrier wave that connects us together in UNITY Consciousness. If you just try and think that All That There Is, is what Everything is made from. You can Understand how to connect up Easier.

Let go of the Words, and just DO and BE.

Our Venusian Brothers and sisters are always here if you call upon them and will always help you on the journeys you travail. Remembering that they too know this pathway so can assist you greatly. Their vibration is more similar to yours and so can assist you in feeling ways that are not ways for us to use. So do listen to their guidance when they come to you. These Radiant Beings of Love and Light are always here and reside in your Hearts.

We cannot understand why with all this wonder and all these miracles, you Humans just waste so much of these miraculous moments. Each time you Breathe and become aware of the breath then do this:

Close your eyes and try to feel some of these things that are happening. Then say to yourself, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, for another Breathe of Life. Thank you for enabling me to just BE and be able to Exchange the Love of this World to others as well as myself. Thank You for allowing me to Vibrate at a frequency, which allows me to communicate with others like me. As well Beings of Light and Love. And most importantly of all, Thank You for letting me have another Breath.

There is only one thing we need to say now and that is to stay focussed on what you are feeling in your Hearts. Let everything else go and stay here as much as you are able. All the illusions around you are no longer your concern now. Just BE and Listen to your Heart. Your Heart is like the place on Star Trek where you Beam back to when you have been Elsewhere on your Journeys. This is your direct link to your Higher Self and Soul. Through which, WE Are ALL ONE.

Archangel Metatron, Archangel Uriel and Archangel Ariel will also join with us this night. We are all one as you know, but this is even more correct when we The Arcturan Brethren join with Angels. Our Resonance is similar but they are not like us, or more correctly, we are not the same as them. However, we are similar in many ways especially in our rules of engagement with other Beings. Also the need to be of Service to Source. You too have similarities to other races such as the Venusians and those on moons of Jupiter. You do not look alike in any way but your Resonance is similar. There is no more to say on this now but if you connect with these Beings, you will discover these things for yourself.

These Days are the days of Tribulation, of one against the other. Days to separate the Meek from the others. These days will prove that “All is One” and no Body is separate from this OneNess. Even those of a dark nature cannot escape this fact. If however they do not repent when they finally see the Light of Unity, then their days will be no more on this plain.

Keep Shining your Lights, first inward to your own centre, then out into All the Worlds. The physical and Etheric Realms especially first. Each time you shine this Light, it will help those still sleeping to awake. It is not important that you see this happening or know them. Just knowing it is happening is reward enough.

These events to upset the harmony of souls are to upend you and leave you weak so that your energy is dispersed. Keep your energy pure, direct, and strong. Pointing into the Worlds without thought of good and bad. These thoughts of Duality will only cause Disharmony, when what we need is the opposite.

So this is the season of us bringing Light into the world and some of us each year celebrate various ways to do this. There is the Jewish Chanukah, the “Festival of Lights”. Where for 8 nights and days a candle is lit.

Diwali which wiki states “Diwali symbolizes the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance."

Also of Course Christian festivities, such as Christmas, which bring Light into the world.

As well as the Ancient Sun festivals that we now refer to as Pagan. These are usually in harmony with Natures Seasons and the Sun and Moons activities.

Here in the Northern hemisphere it is winter as well this time of year. Therefore, it gets dark earlier in the day and is usually a lot colder. It is usually a time to hunker down and stay warm and dry. A time when we need to contract and pull our energies in, ready to burst forth in the Spring.

I cannot find reference to a Muslim festival at this time of year relating to this. However, that does not mean that there is not one.

We can think about what we refer to as the Beginning of all things, “The Big Bang” or in Lurianic Kabbalah what we refer to as “Tzimtzum”, to help understand this process. One thing though that is obvious when we do think of all this is that. For us to Have LIGHT, we must First of Been in Darkness. If there is only Light at first we could then see the darkness after it became manifest. However what we read about in our literature of past thinking, tell us that Light was the Thing that was created in an already Dark existence.

Genesis states

1. “In the Beginning God created Heaven and the Earth.

2. Now the Earth was unformed and void, and Darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God hovered over the face of the waters.

3. And God (Elohim) said: “Let There be LIGHT” And there was Light.

4. And God saw the Light that it was good; and God divided the Light from the Darkness”.

So most of us, cannot and do not fully understand all that is meant or implied in these verses above, however it is stated that First there was Darkness.

One reason I am going over this point is to stress that Darkness does not equate to evil, bad, or negative on its own. It is very true that we always, me included at times, use this term to describe the negative aspects especially relating to our lives. It is in fact “The Absence of Light”, and as such does not know any better than that, until Light has been introduced into it. Ok so this is all very deep and needless to say will take a lot of pondering if you so wish.

The most important thing here though is to harmonise with the fact that we need to remember the Light during the Darkness. This being even more important now in these days of such a Fear Based World. We can all play our part by sending Love and Light into our Worlds. By stepping back from being drawn into any negativity and darkness that others may wish to propagate. By doing good deeds and helping those that come across your path and ask for assistance.

We did say a few years back to “Stand up and be Counted” and this is still correct. Be true to your Heartfelt Beliefs. However, the Ether around your Earth right now is filled with Darkness and Negativity. This is why those that are wise will not let themselves be sucked into the Quagmire. Instead you must Radiate Love and Light whenever you see, hear, or feel injustice or forced separation. UNITY is Us. YoU N, I, Ty, remember that. This is what will change what is happening a lot faster. Keep sending that Light and Love.

I Say we because I am noticing this in myself and others I am in contact with. I can only say that what I am thinking is what I will be manifesting for my life right now. Therefore, I do not want to be imagining the shops running out of toilet rolls again or food not being available. When I get pains across my upper back, I do not want to be thinking I am having a Heart attack not at all. If we do this then we are just creating this scenario.

“We are what we Bleat” is the Heading for my next video and that is just what this is about.  Like Sheep, it is so much easier for us to follow the trodden by many pathways, than to make our own Path and leave a trail. It is the path of least resistance as everyone else wants to go that way as it is so, so easy to travel on it. Be like everyone else and don’t stand out or you may be picked on. Some if not most of us have had this in our earlier lives and the Fear of it again can be daunting.

Do not despair as we are all being Watched over by Beings of Light and Love and remembering this will help us to stay in the Light. We need to Keep the Faith now more than ever and whenever we find ourselves slipping into that negative Fear based script. That is the time to catch ourselves and remembering that old adage, “Onwards Upwards sideways and downwards”. We need to catch ourselves, drop those negative thoughts completely and Fill our Hearts with Arcturan Golden Light and Love. First, we need to Breathe that in to Ourselves and as we Breathe out send it Into Our Worlds. That is Our Worlds, the Worlds that we exist in or the different levels of Consciousness that we are living in every second of each day. Next we need to send that Love and Light out into the World itself in order to change the Lies into truth or at least to enable as many to wake up to what is happening as possible. So as to help them radiate Love-Light into Their Worlds.

So here we are at this time of Great Change. As we want so much to open our hearts, and shine our light into the World. This is our Duty, our aim, our need. To adhere to the laws we are subject to as Human Beings.

Now as we see all around and within us. There are Great changes going on that look like Dark Clouds. These things in the World are causing the CHAOS that this 3D World needs right now to enable the Shift to our New World and Life to Come.

These Feelings, worries and Concerns within us are so that we can do the same. We really need to Understand Living in our 5th Dimensional Consciousness if we are to Ascend. This means we also need this Chaos in us and our Lives to enable the changes to take place for Our Enlightenment.

You can have your Door to your house open, but if it is filled with anguish and pain. Then you cannot expect others to feel better when they walk past.

Therefore, we must fill our Hearts with Love and Light at this time. Then when we Open Our Hearts to Others, they can feel the Love and Light that is being Radiated to them.

So the first thing we all need to be doing now is Loving Ourselves. Emptying and Cleansing our Vessel so that we can let the Love Light Shine out and be Radiated to all who come close. Also, we can just BE and be sending Love to All of the Worlds. The physical as well as the Ethereal, to all those Beings in and around Gaia. As Gaia is Evolving let, us not forget the Elemental Beings who are also Transmuting at this time. Send them Light and Love and Understanding.

A- You need to face up to your worst fears, so that you can once and for all let go of these old Wounds that Bind You. As well as Heavy things, stopping you lifting up it is also Bindings. Take an Air Balloon when you let go of theirs, then you can fly up to these new Realms you have not been to in a 3D body before.

To be able to go to these places whilst in a 3D body is a totally new experience for all but a few. We know you have ventured this way before Marcus and many others. However only for brief glimpses never for the rest of your 3D lives.

No one else can let go of these Bindings for you, only you yourself can enable it. It no longer matters what the original lesson was that caused these events in your past lives, but that is irrelevant now anyway. Only letting it go is important. Remember to say Thanks though as this lesson as all others has put you where you are now, Glory, Glory, Glory

Some beings are happiest when the vibration is very wobbly as this is their natural state. All we can do is show them balance, Love, and Understanding. You will not change their viewpoint overnight, but they may be able to still learn from the experience.

This is true for many at this transition time, as we shift to heart based consciousness. For those already there, it is filling their Hearts with the new Manna from Heaven that will be freeing you from the slavery that you have been used to. Please keep sending out this love into Gaia and know that each time you do this, another soul will wake up and help you in this work.

Your just need to Understand This.

1. “If you want to become spiritually aware you need to meditate each day”

2. If you read this holy book each day you will become spiritually aware”

3. “To reach Nirvana you have to buy these expensive courses from me”

4. “If you practice these techniques each day your vibration will rise up”

Now I am not saying that doing some or all of these are not useful in assisting in one’s Spiritual awakening as for some people they will do that. However once you are awake to the other existence of things outside the normal, then you just need to be You. What I mean by that is that you may need to practice some techniques to awaken your inner Self, but the Truth that you are seeking is not Outside of you but Within You. We all came into this Incarnation being all knowing and then, got taught how to be alive. By our Parents our Teachers our Peers etc. All trying to bash out what we knew on arrival with what society classes as normal ways to live a life. This is a book in itself but nevertheless needs a mention.

In daily life when we muse over what we want or think, we need. We usually have a tendency to think forward or backward. Looking at what the future may bring or what the past has already had. I will give you an example. I recently bought a great fleece jumper, just what I wanted at a great price. After a few weeks I thought, maybe I should buy another as this one is so great and I may not be able to buy it again in the future. Sound thinking I thought, then I realised what had just transpired. Now I have a great fleece to keep me warm for many years. Tomorrow is not now and does not exist yet so why am I thinking of that? So I put my consciousness back where it should be, in the Now moment. Then I could fully enjoy the warmth, the feeling, the cosiness, of how it made me feel now. Ok it may not be the best analogy but it is just about us not leaving our nest of Nowness, which is our only Reality, to find something that does not exist.

I would think that this example is probably what some may call, insecurity and that is what I feel too. In spite of the fact that I do know better. What it is I do know is that once we have learned how to empty our cup to enable it to fill with light and Love (see recent videos). We just need to relearn how to Be in that Emptiness. It is about just that, being MT, which is no Mind, no Thought just BEING.

If you send me £ millions I will show you how to do this… No just joking, however I am going to let you all ponder on this for yourselves a while as this is what those who have not got the hang of this yet need more than anything else. As is usual with my thoughts. It is About Feeling not thinking how to Be this. Remember we are all part of the Oneness and have access to that.

There is one thing above all we should all be trying to do now. That is to stay in your Hearts… This sounds like an easy thing to do but the pressures that are building at times in our lives now are there to try to upend us. The thing is that as we are Light workers, it is important for us to move towards the darkness and shine our lights brighter than ever.
Now WTFh is actually going on at this moment in time. As I have mentioned previously I do not want to be sucked into the conspiracies real or unreal, I don’t want to go against the flow. However, I do feel that I do need to be saying something to help those of us that are struggling at this time.

So here, we are in a very strange world where we are being herded and locked up as well as having some of the very basic things about being Human stripped from us. As I have said very many times and it is because this is what my guidance keep telling me. That is that “Whatever is happening right now is to take us just where we are going to be needed to be”.  

It is like I said from the very beginning that we have run out of time to do things the old way and easier way using Karma and the likes. We now have a chance at becoming these Human Beings, Being Human. This new Being is going to be driven by totally different values and needs and so our world will need to change. The changes are ones that we cannot at this point in time understand and that is why certain systems are being used to cause the Chaos that is the tool being used to create this change.

It is not easy to make you understand this in words and Faith is the big thing that can help us here. Just remember, “In the Beginning God Created Heaven and Earth and Everything in it”. That everything is just that. Everything that we as humans think of as Good and not so good or worse. These parts, or the Yin and Yang are the means to make Creation out of Chaos.

First things are becoming more Yang as they are changing into less Yin and so forth. This is the method of Creation. So if we want to be a part of this new World Of Spiritual First Material Second. Then we have to learn how to embrace this Change that is happening today and moving it into its much more positive state.

We as the Way-Showers really need to be a good example in how to do this by Keeping this faith and acting in ways that we feel in our Hearts (not our brains) are going to help as many people as possible cope during these days of Change.

If you feel that you should be telling as many people about the Untruths that are being spread is a way to help. As forewarned is forearmed, this may be good for you to do.

We should also try to put out as much Positive Love-Light into the World as Possible. This is the way we can all be doing what is needed of us right now. We can all really make a difference by Sending Love and Light into all the things that we are perceiving as false or dangerous for us as Humans. If you feel that Prayer works for you and I believe, it does. Then pray for the best outcome for us all to reach this New World shortly with less suffering for all etc. Whichever way you FEEL is the best way to help this situation is what we should all be doing right now. Try not to be sucked into the Chaos but to be part of the Change that is needed.

The last few years has seen a vast increase in the amount of spiritually aware people trying to make our world a better and safer place for all. Altruistic folks who understand that being a good Human is about Being in their Hearts, doing things for the greater good and helping those around them. What I and others refer to as”Light Workers”. In most communities and I can especially see this where we live. Everyone is volunteering to help wherever they can. Some of these people even slightly vulnerable themselves due to their age, still thinking about others.

It certainly shows the Best of how people can be, especially the British folk who are used to this in times of crisis. Pulling together for the Greater Good, is definitely one of our greatest attributes.

Well I believe that this is how we all need to try to stay as much as possible now. Stay Heart Centred and Compassionate, Keep focussed on the wonderful things that people are doing, all the daily meditations and Healing groups that are sending Love and Light into our Worlds. Be part of this if you can even if that means sitting a few minutes just visualising the World full of people holding hands and Dancing in the streets. Maybe you can Raise your consciousness and help Transfer the Downloads by Visualising them coming down to Earth in rays of Beautiful White or Golden Light. By trying to stay calm and collected in the days ahead we can make a big difference to how soon this can come to fruition. I personally feel that these days are a tool to make the changes required for us to become Human Beings Being Human. As difficult as that may seem it is a fact that the Old World has to die before the New World can fully Manifest. So let’s unite in Positivity and Love and Shine Our Beacons throughout all the Worlds.

After all, we are Light-workers, because we work “In the Light”. This is what we all have the ability to do that is to Shine this Light into, around and through the World. This is the best way for us to make positive changes in Our World. Not to sit talking about the ways to protect ourselves and how the stock market is collapsing because of it. If we do that, we are just going into the Darkness from whence the Fear came. I am not advocating not taking sensible hygiene and other precautions that goes without saying. Just not to allow ourselves to be embroiled in the Fear that it can create if we let it.  The video is about Sending Love not Fear into Our World because “Life is what we Make it”.

Owen K Waters put a lovely blog out today regarding all this and a lovely easy exercise that we can all do to help this situation as well as all the others that are showing themselves now as we move closer to our Higher Consciousness Awareness to become Human Beings, Being Human.

Well what a Year it has been. I remember thinking in March, that the spring Equinox will be in a few days’ time and here we are now and it’s Winter Solstice. Where has this year gone?

1. Well for One thing, it has gone into Building up Our 3rd/5th Dimensional Body/Mind relationship. Enabling us to spend a lot of our day with our Consciousness in 5D. It is actually quite transparent inasmuch as we no longer notice or are feeling the difference quite as much as before.

2. We are also much more in tune with those gifts that we now virtually take for granted every day. I have been saying for a while now that we have been given new qualities this latter part of the year and some of us can now do quite amazing things. All of us are still honing these new abilities but because they usually lead us into and onto yet another aspect of what we have been working on, it can often get missed or be unnoticed.

3. We are far more ready and able to just go with the flow now, as we have seen so many changes for the better this last 12 months. Don’t get me wrong for most of us it has not been easy to cope with all this “Letting go of Old Dross”. The changes made to and for us are now finally coming to fruition. At least the signs of this, as probably it will be Spring Equinox before and real changes occur.

4. I always tell people, including myself at times, “to Stay in Your Heart” and that is still the best advice I can give at this time. It has a lot more dynamic effects though if you can also “Love People as they are Now”. Accepting each Being as they are for whatever reason they have become like this, is not easy but it is a gift worth acquiring. Needless to say, this has to begin with YOU, Love Yourself exactly as you are, warts and all. Most people just want to Love and Be Loved don’t we? There is an Old saying I use regularly ” Man Know Thyself” well I also will be using this one a lot more, that is “Human LOVE Yourself”.

My Personal view has always been that we had inhabited Mars before we came here. Human Life on Mars was destroyed, and today a lot of evidence is being shown to us in one way or another regarding Life on Mars.

I am digressing let us get back to the initial statement.

The more we find out about how our bodies work, the more amazing the whole subject becomes. Our bodies and cells can and do self-heal. As a Healer, I know that the Energy I transmit to People allows them to Heal Themselves. Same as any treatment be it medicine, massage, acupuncture, reflexology etc.

Our actual knowledge of how a lot of our body works is still a bit of a mystery to us. Especially the networks of the Spine and Spinal Column and Neural Networks. However when you see us as Androids, it does actually start to make a bit more sense. You may even start to see how the systems of the body are working like machines, albeit very sophisticated ones. All this so far has only touched on the Physical body, but we have other more subtle bodies as well do we not? These will be mentioned in a further article.

So that is it, we are all machines. Like any machine then with moving parts, the principal of MTBF - Mean Time Between Failure, governs us in the physical sense. There are of course things that we can do just as we would for a car for example to keep it running as well as can be for as long as possible. For example, Maintenance and Service are two such things. Exercise, Tai Chi, Acupuncture, Massage, Yoga, etc. The list is long and what may be suited for one may not be so for another.

We also need Fuel and the best fuels for a Human are Good Clean food, Healthy atmosphere and of course LOVE and Joy. Of these, I would say that LOVE is the most important fuel for us, especially if we are more connected to our Higher Selves or Souls. I feel it is akin to the Manna from Heaven that the bible talks of. The more we can stop thinking about ourselves and our own worries and practice Self Love the more we are also feeding those around us and then all the other souls on this world. The more we can send out Love and Light to Gaia the Healthier and better maintained she will become. Although at this time we do not fully understand just how this works, it will soon be proven by science, as will everything else here mentioned. At least that is my view and I believe it, it is only that though until it resonates with your Heart and then it may become yours too.

Solstice Blessings and have a lovely Celebration this Christmas holiday or whatever you are celebrating and maybe you will see the Light of Love that the three Wise Men saw that night. For me this was the LOVE of God for us to evolve to be what we are now becoming. Human Beings, Being Human.

We are definitely in some very changing times at present and one of the things I have been talking about for the last few years is the ending of what we refer to as Karma. When you talk to most people about Karma, they usually only think of negative things. Of course, this is not and never was the case. If you have a listen to my last video, “You are who you are Meant to Be”, then you may understand this better. Karma is how we have been evolving, a method of teaching us lessons on how to purify our True Selves. It has been a means to an end. To use the term of “Cause and Effect” is also a good way to look at this.

E.g. “My Higher Self, cannot and does not understand Altruistic Unconditional Love”. I will have lifetimes of learning how to achieve this some of the lessons may look to some like what is called Bad Karma. That is because the lesson involved gave us an opportunity that we did not take or had not yet fully grasped.

E.g., We left our loved one without home or funds to survive or even hurt them physically or emotionally.

The next time we try to learn this lesson the so called Karma is payed back through the medium of “Cause and Effect” and we again spend time with the same soul, but this time get everything Just Right (Goldilocks). You can see how easy it has been for us to misconstrue how this has been working. Actually, by failing we are taught very valuable lessons that aid us in our goals.

Now we are in Our Golden Age, an age of Love and Light, Compassion and Understanding, Caring and Oneness. An age of what I call Human Beings, Being Human. We only need to Stay in the Light now when things are trying. When everything seems to be against us. Because now we should Know that, we are Co-Creators. We decide how we want our Lives to Be, and the way we do that is to Stay in The Light and Stay in your Heart. Stay positive in your Heart, and know that you are Watched Over and Looked after. Know that everything that happens is to Make you the Person you need to be. It is not a curse or bad luck or the likes. Know that there is a massive Light at the end of this tunnel and you are approaching it day by day. Wake up thinking that Every Day is a Blessing, because it really is. If you can, also spend some regular time to help in Bringing this Light Down to Gaia and all the Beings on and in Her.

Remember if you see the news and it looks catastrophic or troublesome; just see the end result as being full of Light and Good Endings. If you allow these sources of Darkness to infiltrate you, they will bring your Vibration down and this will affect everything in You and Around You. Just Stay in the Light as much as you can. Also, remember “Onwards Upwards sideways and Downwards” YouTube Video. If not have another look at that.

Onwards and Upwards is a great Motto for Us Now.

So we are now in an Ascended vibrational state. What this means is that we have a myriad of opportunities to Live the Life we are truly going to Love. We have had our vibrations raised to such a level that we are living consciously more in 5th Dimension that 3rd. This will finally switch over at the Equinox and this will have various different effects on us all. All the things in our lives that do not vibrate at this higher level, that have up to now been a big part of our lives will obviously no longer serve us. They will be sticking out like a sore thumb. We have all probably been going through this cleansing the last few months or weeks, both emotionally and physically. Manifesting in ways such as:-

• Not knowing how you want your life in regards your work to move forward.

• How your relationships are feeling at this time, is your partner the right person to support you as you move forward? Are you the right person to support them etc.?

• Are you still on the correct spiritual path for your Ascension right now? Is your journey fulfilling your spiritual aspirations still?

Some of the Old stuff is still there and showing itself to you even more. The old pains and guilt’s and so called mistakes and missed opportunities. We thought these had been dealt with and on the surface level they had, however for us to move on we have to finally clear away the deeply rooted emotions and feelings that are still binding us to 3D. What’s more, we have been forced to re-look at all of these to enable us to do this. Also, remember that all the things that happen to us on our Life’s Journey are given to us to enable us to get to where we need to be.

Another very noticeable thing is all the synchronicities that are happening for us. Everything that is of the Highest good for you will be just falling into place for you. The opportunities that will be opening up will be coming towards you, you will no longer need to Search them out. It is of course entirely up to you as to what you do and if you actually catch these as they fall in front of you.

All of this is culminating in the fact that we have been given the chance to finally be “Who we came here to Be”.  You may finally be shown that you can now become;-

• A Spiritual Artist and also make enough Money from this and fulfil your dreams.

• A full time Healer and spiritual Guide.

• A Spiritual Teacher and Guide for Children.

• A Writer of books that will help people with the things that you have been able to Master.

• Someone that can find the time to Heal the World every day.

The list is endless and only you know what this will be for yourself. The thing is that it is not guaranteed that you will be able to take these opportunities that will be entirely up to you. Only that they will be made Manifest for you to take them.

Also let us not forget that behind all this and working endlessly to enable all these things to happen for us are those Beings of Light and Love, our Angels and Guides. The more we become who we are meant to be, the higher the vibration of Gaia. The easier for Her and Our Ascension into our new Spiritual World. So let us go forward and “Live the Life we Love” and “Love the Life we Live”.

We can think about what we refer to as the Beginning of all things, The Big Bang or in Lurianic Kabbalah what we refer to as Tzimtzum, to help understand this process. One thing though that is obvious when we do think of all this is that. For us to Have LIGHT, we must First have Been in Darkness. If there is only Light at first we could then see the darkness after it became manifest. However what we read about in our literature of past thinking, tell us that Light was the Thing that was created in an already Dark existence.

Genesis states

1. “In the Beginning God created Heaven and the Earth.

2. Now the Earth was unformed and void, and Darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God hovered over the face of the waters.

3. And God (Elohim) said: “Let There be LIGHT” And there was Light.

4. And God saw the Light that it was good; and God divided the Light from the Darkness”.

So most of us, cannot and do not fully understand all that is meant or implied in these verses above, however it is stated that First there was Darkness.

One reason I am going over this point is to stress that Darkness does not equate to evil, bad, or negative on its own. It is very true that we always, me included at times, use this term to describe the negative aspects especially relating to our lives. It is in fact “The Absence of Light”, and as such does not know any better than that, until Light has been introduced into it. Ok so this is all very deep and needless to say will take a lot of pondering if you so wish.

I was asked to put out a new Blog relating to us Bringing Light into the Worlds and this is what came through:

First came the Darkness the NoThing, which enabled Light to be seen.

We are Beings who Created All in the Physical and other Worlds you know of.

We are Not Archangels but Emanations of the Source, and a collective consciousness. This is how you are able to connect with us.

Question: “What is the best way for Humans to bring more Light into Our Worlds?”

Answer: “What you are doing sending Love and Light into the World is a big help. Also connecting up to your Higher Selves and so the Source, yourselves is very important, as you can bring this Heavenly Light into your Worlds. Like in your Tai Chi, you must also try to keep clear. Do not get sucked into bad tempers or Bad Feelings of a negative type. Keep Light as you said in an earlier Blog. Every time you get down and negative you are feeding the darkness Nature of Things. Every time you change that around and see the Light in all things, then you alleviate the darkness more, and allow more Light through into your Worlds. All your Worlds are connected to the Source through the Love Channel in You. You can raise to that channel and bring the light through that way also.”

There is a connection with your Spiritual and Physical bodies, so one effect the other. You must be in Gratitude, be thankful you are Alive. You have your Health, you are in a safe place, and you have food. If you are alive, you can change everything that you are not easy with. You also need to realise that whatever you are going through at any moment is to take you to the place and time you need to be in. Therefore, if something happens you think is bad for you remember that this is happening so that one day you will have Ascended. You pretty much laid out the path of this life when you came in and know inside your higher self what you want to achieve.

There is a saying in earth about omelettes, listen to that. Sometimes we need to do certain things or Have Certain Things happen to us, in order for another thing to happen later in your timeline.

Whatever challenges come to you, always stay in your Heart, try to be Grateful and give thanks you are guided and will succeed. Be Joyous even in hours of turmoil and always GIVE THANKS.

Just Connected with Archangel SERAPHIEL, he is a SERAPHIM but we still refer to Him, as an Archangel. I only found out before my last workshop that I was allowed to communicate with Him and am still in Awe. Because of Archangel SERAPHIEL’S Energy and Vibration, it is not easy to stay connected for long and about 5 minutes is usually tops. I was asking about what we are facing at and around the Lunar Eclipse on the 27th July, and although It is all good News, I know that it will also or can also be quite a challenging time for some if not all of us.

The Good News is( I do like to do the good news bad news thing) that we are presently going through a Massive Shift in our Consciousness and Understanding of Who we are and What we are now capable of Being. After this phase, we will all be Lighter, more in tune and Attuned. There will be nothing that we cannot achieve if the motives are correct.

The Bad News is, You cannot make an Omelette without breaking eggs. Therefore for us to continue evolving we need to shed a few skins, let go a few old hurts, clear away finally, the hurts that have been so painful in our pasts that we have buried them away deep down in our consciousness. Well this Lunar Eclipse is going to help us all to do this. So firstly remember to Be Grateful for of all this WTFh is happening (See earlier YouTube). If we really want to be 5th Dimensional beings then we have to evolve. For any that think , oh I can kop out and forget this Ascension Business now and just hide in my corner and let life just pass me bye again. Just forget it because it does not work like this. You already decided to do this before being born this time around and this is the Path you have to take. So stay in Gratitude, stay in your Heart and in the Love. We are all so Blessed to be here in this time of Ascension. So stay Positive and remember if things do get a bit heavy at times, we have friends like us, who understand what we are going through. Do not be afraid to ask for guidance, assistance, or just a shoulder if needed. I personally am here to Serve because that is just the wayitis…

Stay in your Heart; observe all the changes that are taking place for you Now. Be aware of all the cleansing and know that just by observing it and being aware of what is happening that things will start to change. As each layer we go through becomes more transparent, it becomes easier to cope with. As we become more aware of what we are going through each layer is easier to go through. Stay in your Heart Centre and stay in the Love Vibration that we are now going through. Go into the LOVE through your Heart and just Be in the NOW Moment. This is the best thing that we can all do right now, as we need to be putting ourselves back into the centre of our being and sending this Divine Love out into the Worlds.

Have you ever been on that big dipper that was at Blackpool Leisure beach in the 90s, it was awesome. Some friends of mine came to pick me up some 20 odd years ago in Liverpool on my Birthday and bundled me into their car for a surprise Birthday treat. Funny thing was that before we got there I had sensed were we were going to go. I somehow was able to put myself so far into the Present, into the Now Moment that when I was on the big dipper I was able to stay in the second of time I was in. It was amazing, and was if everything around me was in slow motion. I could see all those around me including my friends screaming in fear and trepidation, but I was so Ice cool and totally in the Moment. I still look at the pictures sometimes of that, event and am still amazed how I was so in the Moment we refer to as Now. If you have not experienced it, I am not sure that I could relate exactly how it felt except to say again that it was just as everything else was in near freeze frame. So what does this have to do with now? Nothing really I just wanted to share… No only joking. What it has to do with, this very moment since the Equinox and beyond, is that we are all now living in a different World than we did before. Have you not noticed that it all seems a bit surreal? It is so, so, important for us all to be trying to stay as much as possible in that Now Moment. We are now able to Create a lot easier, just by thought alone, no need for any ritual or ceremony. Just start to take note of this in your own lives and see what I mean. We are experiencing a lot of new Astral and out of body events sometimes in real time as we are living our day-to-day lives. Remember that being Ascended for now is still about living mainly here in the 3rd Dimension. However, our Consciousness is more attuned to the higher dimensions and our Self is being governed and regulated more by our Higher Self.

N.B. there have been and still are some very Powerful Downloads of LIGHT and this Light I have been told is All about us being more connected to UNITY. Also about clearing out any remnants of Old Stuff, we are still desperately hanging onto in fear of the Unknown. Yes, we are only or should I say still, Human. That means that we are still stuck in the way we have lived our lives over many millennia. It is however now time for us to Move ONWARDS and UPWARDS, and move towards our new Lives and ways of living with gusto and joy. Good Luck in your Journeys, and remember to be Kind to Your Self as well as those you Love around You.

We really do need to leave all that old junk behind now and continue moving Onwards and Upwards.

Remember a while ago I said that this Ascension Energy is coming to us in waves, this is to enable us to be able to take it on board and process it properly. It also gives us some time to rest and re-adjust before the next wave.

The changes that are occurring are not something that we can fully understand from out Human self, however it is still being absorbed into our Upper and Lower bodies even as we speak now. The Downloads coming to us between now and 25th Dec are very powerful and will only really be able to get through if we leave a fairly clear channel for them to traverse. This means continuing to let go of the Old and making a pathway for the New. When you become aware of the old stuff that is still clinging on, i.e. it keeps re manifesting for you. Try to just say to it what we did on the Ascension Workshop. That is take it on board but only to observe it and tell it that there is no longer a place for it in your Enlightened Consciousness and let it Go! There may be a few difficult days in this regard for some of us, but we need to keep our energy Positive, because we are all going to be a lot better off afterwards when we are more En- lightened.

In my recent Ascension Guidance Workshop, one of the things we worked on was letting go of old things. It is just a fact that if we want to step up towards the 5th Dimension we need to let go of some of the dross that has been Binding us for Oh so long. We went through some ways of doing this and I feel with some success. This is not something that is done today and forgotten tomorrow. One has to be forever diligent in this practice and release of old blockages. Let me give you an example, the best example is to tell you what happened to me yesterday. So I am chatting to my Beautiful wife, I asked her to do something for me, and she refused and said that I can just do it myself. Without going into it, it was related to social media, which I do not like to use. I immediately felt angry, upset, and raced off upstairs to go and do something else. Later after we kissed and cleared the air, I realised what had happened and went to work on it. As I have said before it is not always easy to look at things as they are happening, as the emotions are high and taking over. So when I did I realised that what had upset me was that I was not getting my way. I was behaving like a 4 year old who is only used to getting his own way and going into tantrum when he does not. By behaving the way I did, I was putting ripples into the Love Light Layer that we all contribute to, each and every day. In every action and thought, we create. I who should have known better was not staying or Being in the Moment, the Now. Then I realised that this was indeed My Lesson, what I need to focus so much more on. I am not going to be too hard on myself because Only GOD is Perfect, and I am only striving to reach near Perfection. However, I will be being a lot more diligent and aware of this now. And that is the wayitis…

Young Children have the ability to do this by being in the Now Moment, even if you say at the end of summer holidays, “they are going back to school tomorrow”. They are not thinking about tomorrow and how horrible and strict it may be but in today and how lovely it is to be off school. The reality kicks in and they will be unhappy, but still in the Now. We need to try to remember this fine art and stay in the present. This is the Only Reality and Nothing else Exists.

Some of us have some ailments and pains and can wake up feeling sorry for themselves and Oh my Back, Legs, or hips etc. It is quite a natural thing to do this and will be dependent on the degrees of pain one is suffering. What I can say though is that we should all be trying to Focus on the parts of us that are ok and good instead.

“My Back is really sore ,however my legs and knees are good today and thankfully I can walk and talk and am able to get around and visit my friends and family” Of course it is all very dependent on the severity of discomfort but just try and do this and see if it makes a difference to you. Focus on the good in the Now!

When my friends ask how am I today, I usually reply with “I am so grateful as I woke up Breathing” This is so true and what a great start to any day. Instead of looking at the negative things, I try to focus on the positive. Ok some may say I have a lovely easy life, but my reply is and always will be “Life is What You Make it”.

When I visit Pevensey beach I nearly always find large and small stones in the shape of a Heart. Others may look at the same stones albeit from a different angle and see something else or just a stone. I am very much in my Heart and very Much in Love with:-

1. My Beautiful Wife

2. Our Beautiful Son

3. The Beings that watch over us

4. And of Course with The Divine, Creator of All Things and Consciousness- GOD.

Therefore, I transmit this into what I feel and See in the World and around me. Even when some things in the past have not always been so good I have always been able to Stay in My Heart and Generate and Transmit Love. See the Lovely words from The Dalai Lama below and see what you think.

For everyone I Transmit Healing to, this is so that you can do the same to others in the days to come. You will all be needed to help those worse off than yourselves. Just forget for a moment about your perceived troubles and help those in need who come to you. Forget your own needs and let them go, Anyone who has raised their vibration now ,has done so for a reason that is to Help those that can make the Shift in Consciousness before their time runs out.

You need to be Light if you want to Be the Light. What I mean is you cannot let the Heaviness going on in the World today cling onto you. You need to try to remain Light in Thought as well as Deed. Professor Cheng used to say, “If you stay in constant movement whilst performing the Tai Chi form a fly will not be able to land on you.” This is also true in this case, if you can keep your consciousness in this Now moment.  He also said, “The Thought is too Heavy”. We are living in very trying and sometimes-difficult times at present and the best way to stop the dross from sticking to you is to not dwell on it, but send it Unconditional Love and Compassion. My wife and others are pointing out how it is important not to watch the news or read about the world events, as they will drag you into a cycle of negativity and even doubt. For me and maybe others I feel a need to know what is happening, to be prepared. However I do not let the Gunge stick to me and can at times send out the Compassion and Unconditional Love that these parts of our world sometimes need. That is ok for me because I can do this, but I do think it best to heed the advice if you cannot and keep clear of these events.

Stay in the Light, do not let negativity attack or cling on to you. One good way to do this is to keep a heart filled with Joy even when there is Chaos and Darkness all around you. Look at all the good things in your life and be grateful for them. Stay in the Light, to help those less fortunate than yourself and be a Beacon of Unconditional Love and Compassion.

I remember reading a very true and life changing saying written on a scrap of paper on a bathroom wall in Florida in 1974 and it said ”Do not follow where the path may lead, Make your Own Path and Leave a Trail”. To be honest I have been doing this ever since. If you are reading this then you are undoubtedly a Way shower whether you are aware of this or not. You have been incarnated on this Beautiful Planet now to help and assist those with maybe less Spiritual Experience than yourselves. Or maybe those that have helped you in previous incarnations.  It is up to you to Be the Light and Light up Your and their Paths as best you can. It's just the wayitis..

“You’re at work and your friend says he has forgotten his sandwiches and is starving hungry.” Your Lovely partner has made you extra sandwiches today and a big piece of pie. However instead of offering your friend to share some of your lunch, you just force it all down till you feel too full. Later in the day your friend has to go home early as he feels faint. It turns out he had nothing to eat since a very early breakfast. Your boss approach you and says that you will need to work late tonight to help catch up the work your friend has left, which will mean you will miss that football match you so looked forward to watch. Even now after this retribution you still don’t get it and curse your mate for being sick. You have to work really late and on the way home your friend calls you and thanks you for finishing his work and apologises for having to go home sick. He then tells you the reason he had no lunch was that his wife, whom you know very well, is sick and he had to look after her and get the children ready for school and feed and look after her before rushing off to work. In fact he only had a cup of tea himself that morning. So Now you get it The Guilt, It finally hits you what a right so and so you have become. “Oh No how and why have I become so selfish, I should have given him some of my lunch, he would have given me some. I just stuffed it all down till I was too full.”

So the wise Man will learn from this and if anything like this ever happens again he will know what to do. To share what he has even if he only has a little. This will also have the added benefit of making him feel good for sharing and not being so selfish. Also it will remind him of how he felt in the first instance when his friend got ill. He will have become a better person and his Soul will have fulfilled its lesson.

The less wise man will just do the same thing and carry on being a selfish glutton and probably get too big and have big health problems because of it.

In this age of Ascension, we are All having to learn a lot of this stuff fast or just be left behind. It is up to you which one of the above that you wish to be, personally I would rush towards the 1st option.

Notice I have said Man above that is because as any woman will tell you. They are born to Share.

To share their bodies and time and emotions, with their Offspring’s and loved ones. It is just the wayitis.

For most of this year, I have been coming across websites mentioning Joy. It has not been a word I have really Understood fully until recently. The reason I do so much better now is that finally, I have been able to Live my

True Life’s Purpose. It is also because finally, I have my perfect Partner and our Beautiful Son.

So what is Joy? The dictionary may state, Happiness-Delight-Pleasure-Bliss-Gladness.

I would say:

• Feeling as if you want to sing at any moment.

• Feeling a Great Expansion in and around your Heart Centre.

• Noticing a smile on your lips most of the day.

• Wanting to spread Love and Light to the World every day.

• Wanting to smile at people, you do not know.

• Something you can Only Feel and cannot really put into words.

• Being truly at One with the Divine Source.

All of the above can be expressions of Joy. Just as that famous gospel song says, Joy is related to the Heart and is an expression of True Love.

Bringing Joy into your Life should really be the Norm not the Exception. I think it is true to say that it is all down to your state of Mind and Being. Can you be Joyful when someone has just given you a speeding ticket and fine? Well some years ago, I was. I thanked the police officer for saving me from maybe having an accident or injuring someone or even worse. It was as if I had some sort of premonition and felt that I had been saved.

It is not easy to be able to stay in this state of mind.

However, in this present time of Ascension this really is something we will all need to Master.

• Of all the dictionary definitions it is Bliss that feels the nearest for me, feeling Blissful. In a state of Oneness with all of Creation. Seeing God in Everyone and everything, or more correctly seeing everyone and everything as part of God.

• From within of course, always from within. We tend to look outside of ourselves for these answers but these feelings are a reflection of our state of Being. Being Happy and Contented with Who You are Now.

• By Understanding that “Every Day is A Blessing” and being grateful for all the little things. By having faith in the Beings of Light and Love that watch over you and ensure that, you receive all that you require when you need it. Also for all the little miracles that are made manifest for you.

Let me tell you something. If you really want to “See the Light”, you have to be Open to it first.

So after a Healing today I was made to realise that the Important thing is that the person feels good after a healing session. Not to think that they have been cured or are better. They need to start to feel good every or at least most days. Having Joy in your life is where we all need to try and be now even when sick. It is great to see people recovering from their symptoms and especially pain. However, people sometimes are just not going to recover from their Dis Ease, for one reason or another. I believe that everyone has a time slot, when they need to, or have the inner choice to, Move on to their next phase so to speak. That is just the wayitis.

• What you have been Lent,

• Who You Are,

• Who you Love and

• Who Loves You.

To change the cells to Light Cells. This is to help people to Ascend and feel at ONE with their New Bodies in this time and more so in the time to come.

We are constantly transmitting what you refer to as LIGHT, as this is what is needed Now. Other Beings as well are doing this, LIGHT BEINGS you call Them. However, we can only do so much as we cannot interfere with your Free Will. In the End, it will be Up to You!

Ok so this is way past the Dawn of this New Age. Whatever name you give to it, there is no doubting we are really in it now. We can look at this in several ways. Usually if someone says “we are really in it”. . It seems to have negative overtones to it, well not in this case.

We have been Blessed to have been born into this time of such positive change for Mankind and indeed the whole of Mother Earth. Do not think that you can separate us Humans from the rest of this Planet because it is just not so.

Yes we are special and have a Soul and Spirit and are intelligent and creative. However this is partly due to the fact that we are a part of the whole called Mother Earth.

We are intrinsically linked to all of the souls and creatures and Beings of this World, Like it or Not. We are ALL Part of the ONENESS that we usually refer to as the Source, or The Infinite or indeed, GOD. I use the Latter Name as it sits easy with me, but whatever suits you is good.
